SmartRoom is a virtual data room (VDR) in the SAS category. The target audience conducts large scale M&A and other major deal making processes. SmartRoom boasts having hosted the largest acquisition deal in the world. The brand was a spin off of BMC Group operating globally and needed a launch that would be a really big deal.

Our team worked closely with the CEO and management team to craft a brand story that would generate the impact needed to reach this C-suite audience of high-level M&A players in the space. The concept elevates the technology advantages of the platform while leaning into it’s primary purpose - management of big M&A deals.

Our team created the new logo design, and also built out a host of brand assets from video to airport postings, to digital display advertising campaigns featuring a cubical iconography that couldn’t go unnoticed. We managed the story, tagline and associated language all encapsulated in the brand launch video. It was a pretty big deal.
