From Now to Next

PeopleScout is the world’s largest resource process outsourcing firm delivering talent to leading brands globally. Facing new challenges in the space including workforce mindset, automation, AI, and an ever more competitive battle for top talent the firm invested in breakthrough technology and embarked on a new global positioning program including the launch of their new AI brand. The goal is nothing less than market domination in the war for talent.

David and his crew went to work with the global marketing team to help transform the organization and create a powerful narrative that would propel the brand forward. We convened management vision sessions designed to tear down silos, build consensus, and engage stakeholders from sales to recruiting. We created a new global brand positioning and named, and launched the AI platform. And we wrote a new sales script, designed new presentations, and wrote a brand tagline to tie everything together. We then articulated the new idea in videos and branding collateral.

In the brand video we worked with teams around the world to capture the people of PeopleScout to help put faces with the brand and highlight the human element behind the business. Shout out to our “candidate” who is an actor, now playing the role of Emily in the hit series, Yellowstone.
